This notice explains how mutual fund distribution by Ankur Parikh(ARN-285860) handles the information you share through this site, chiefly the goals questionnaire and any email you send. We collect only what we need to understand your enquiry and respond to it.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name and email, and optionally your phone number, plus the answers you give in the goals questionnaire, your age band, goal, time horizon, experience, comfort with risk, an optional amount band, whether you already invest, and your message. You choose what to include.
- How you reached us. The page you enquired from, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
- Technical data, minimised. To prevent spam we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address (never the raw IP) and your browser's user-agent.
Please don't send us account numbers, passwords, PAN, or any KYC documents through this site.
How we use it
- To understand your goal and risk comfort, and to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
- To suggest suitable fund categories for you to consider, you always decide.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and we do not sell your details or use them for automated advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, hosts this site and stores enquiries in a Cloudflare D1 database.
- Zoho, its ZeptoMail service delivers our notification and your acknowledgement email, and Zoho Mail hosts the
@tradevectors.commailbox that receives your enquiry.
Separately, when you decide to invest, transactions are processed by the relevant Asset Management Companies and their registrars/platforms under their own privacy terms, that is part of the investment process, not this website.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie. The only script we load is on the questionnaire page, to submit it, nothing that tracks you across the web.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry as long as we reasonably need it to respond and, if we work together, for the life of that relationship and a sensible period after, in line with record-keeping norms. Ask us any time to delete your enquiry.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (and, where it applies, the GDPR) you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we'll action it.
Where it's processed & security
Our processors operate globally, so your information may be processed outside India. Enquiries travel over HTTPS, your IP is stored only as a hash, and access is limited to those who need it to respond to you.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its date.
