Who we are
This mutual fund distribution service is provided by Ankur Parikh, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-285860), held in his personal name. It is a separate activity from Trade Vectors LLP's technology business at tradevectors.com.
What we do, and don't
We distribute mutual fund schemes and provide investor education. We help you understand options and choose funds suited to your goal. We do not:
- act as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager;
- provide investment advice for a fee, or manage your money or trade on your behalf;
- promise, project, guarantee or assure any return, income or performance;
- recommend that you buy or sell any specific scheme as personalised advice.
Any fund suggestion is made as suitability incidental to distribution; the decision, and the responsibility for it, is always yours.
No performance promises
Nothing on this site is a forecast or assurance of returns. Any figures in our education content are illustrative only, used to explain a concept, and do not represent expected or guaranteed returns. Past performance does not indicate future results. Investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested.
How we're paid, and regular vs direct plans
We earn commission (trail/brokerage) from the Asset Management Companies whose schemes you invest in through us. We do not charge you a separate fee. This means we distribute regular plans of mutual funds. Direct plans of the same schemes are also available (which you would transact yourself); they carry a lower expense ratio but come without a distributor's assistance. We disclose this so your choice is an informed one.
Grievances
If you have a complaint, please write to [email protected] and we'll do our best to resolve it. Investors also have recourse to the relevant AMC/registrar, to AMFI, and to SEBI's online complaints system, SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in).
Third-party names
Names of Asset Management Companies, schemes, indices (such as the Nifty 50) and other products are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and education only. Their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
